Police: 5,000 grams of cannabis and 200 grams of cocaine seized from man’s home

BELVIDERE (WREX) — A Rockford man is in custody after police find thousands of grams of cannabis and hundreds of grams of cocaine in his home.

Pablo Mora, 25, of Rockford, was taken into custody after police executed a search warrant at his home in the 1000  block of 39th Ave. in Rockford.

During the search, officers found approximately 5,000 grams of cannabis, 264 grams of cocaine and $2,300.

Mora, who is currently on parole from the Illinois Department of Corrections for a previous Boone County narcotics violation, was lodged in the Winnebago County Jail and faces several charges.
