Roby delivers again for Mavs in Summer League

LAS VEGAS – Dixon native and Dallas Mavericks draft pick Isaiah Roby turned in another strong showing at the NBA’s Summer League in Las Vegas on Saturday.

Roby totaled 14 points on 6/11 from the field, as well as 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks, and a +34 rating as the Mavericks ran away from the Houston Rockets, 113-81.

Roby, a second round pick of the Mavs, has had two solid performances in Vegas as he gives his new coaching staff some good video heading into a new season. Dallas now stands in the middle of a completely different Western Conference following late Friday’s shocking news of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George joining forces on the Los Angeles Clippers.
