Poplar Grove resident competes on ‘The Voice’

POPLAR GROVE (WREX) – Another person from the Stateline competed on television. This time, the competition involved how well you could sing.

Kayla Seeber from Poplar Grove appeared on the March 11 episode of, “The Voice,” as a contestant. While she didn’t make a team during the blind audition, she did get to enter the, “Comeback Stage.” It’s an online competition series where six artists who didn’t make it on a team compete against eliminated artists for a chance to re-enter the competition in the live shows.

“My experience on The Voice was life-changing, I would say, because I’ve been trying out for different shows since I was like 15 years old and my goal going into the show was just to be able to step on the stage and sing for the judges,” said Seeber. “And the fact that it actually happened was just like life-changing.”

You can watch the, “Comeback Stage,” on The Voice Official App, NBC App, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
