Rockford PRO/AM adds 3 golfers to 2019 lineup

ROCKFORD – The Rockford PRO/AM announces the additions of Troy Merritt, Ken Duke and Martin Piller to the 2019 tournament field, bringing the total field to 18 confirmed golfers.

Merritt won the 2018 Barbasol Championship, his 2nd career PGA Tour victory. That win came the same week after he played in the Rockford PRO/AM last summer.

Duke is a long-time friend of the Rockford PRO/AM who turned 50 this winter, so he’ll play much of this season on the Champions Tour.

Martin Piller will return to the PRO/AM alongside his wife Gerina, who had a baby last year.

This year’s tournament will benefit the Foster Care Program of the Rockford YMCA. The PRO/AM is slated for Monday, July 8, at Aldeen Golf Club.
