13 Investigates Preview: Hundreds of ServiCom employees still without paychecks

(WREX) — Hundreds of employees lost their jobs when ServiCom closed its final location on December 6, 2018.

The company closed suddenly, leaving customers on hold and employees without their paychecks.

Now, 3 months later, those employees still haven’t been paid.

Those employees reached out to 13 Investigates after their paychecks never came. We uncovered that the company owes millions of dollars and a class action lawsuit has now been filed to get those wages.

13 Investigates brings you this special report on Thursday on 13 News at 10.
