MACHESNEY PARK (WREX) — Employees at Servicom in Machesney Park were told Thursday afternoon to pack up their things and leave because the business was closing.

Multiple employees have reached out to 13 WREX. They say they showed up to work today, worked their morning shift, and attended a meeting after lunch. In that meeting, they were told the business was closing.

Employees tell 13 WREX they were paid late the past four pay cycles. On Thursday, the company told them they did not know when their next paychecks would come.

The Rockford Servicom location closed back in September.

Calls to Servicom have gone unanswered. 13 News is continuing to follow this story and will bring you more information as it becomes available.
