Janesville man faces first degree reckless homicide charges

JANESVILLE (WREX) —  Janesville Police arrest a man who they say is to blame for at least one overdose death in the city.

Taylor Fraunfelder, of Janesville, was arrested on Tuesday night. Police say they were conducting a follow up reference to recent overdose investigations and came in contact with Fraunfelder at the 600 block of Milwaukee Street.

Taylor admitted to serving the overdoses and was taken into custody. He faces multiple charges, including first degree reckless homicide, 2 counts of delivery of heroin and felony child neglect.

Fraunfelder is being held at the Rock County Jail.

Police did not specify how many overdoses they were investigating.
