Services announced for former Harlem Roscoe Fire Department chief

WINNEBAGO COUNTY (WREX) — A visitation will be held Friday to honor and remember longtime Harlem Roscoe Fire Chief Oscar Presley.

It will be held Friday from 3 to 7:30 p.m. at the Roscoe United Methodist. On Saturday, another visitation will be held from 10 until 10:45 at the church. A funeral service will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Harlem Roscoe Fire Protection District and the First Congregational Community Church of Roscoe.

Chief Presley served as the Harlem Roscoe chief for 25 years. He died on Tuesday.
