Police: Woman robbed at Rockford Walmart

ROCKFORD (WREX) — Rockford police need your help finding two people who they say robbed a woman at Walmart last week.

Police say it happened around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3 at the Walmart on Walton St.

The victim told police she was getting a cart with her infant child when she was approached by an unknown man and woman.

The man threatened to harm the woman if she did not go with them and take money from the store's ATM and registers. The victim told police she complied with the suspects.

Surveillance video shows the suspects leaving the store in a white Cadillac SRX with temporary IL license plates.
