(KUSA/NBC News) A Colorado yoga studio has found a unique new mission for kids who have grown too big to take part in their popular "goat yoga" sessions.
They're hitting the hiking trails west of Denver.
It all started with a goat named Brutus.
"Basically Brutus got too big and we stared hiking, him basically that was my idea, you know, the next stage of their lives," says Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga's Jim Naron.
Naron and his goats have found another special path: helping those with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
"For the people that have PTSD, they say the reverse role is very powerful. Becoming the goat's protector, and you know, guiding them through dangers," Naron says.
