Biden’s COVID-19 relief bill going to the house for a full vote

(NBC) — President Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill will soon go before the full house for a vote.

The House Budget Committee voted to advance the legislation Monday.

The package includes $1400 stimulus checks to Americans making less than $75,000 a year.

An increase in the child tax credit, aide to small businesses, more money for vaccine distribution and direct funding to state and local governments will also be included.

One Democrat joined Republicans in voting against the relief package.

The bill could go to the house floor for a vote later this week.
