According to police, it happened Sunday afternoon in the area of the 1500 block of 12th Ave.

The victim told police he was pushing his cart down the street when he was approached by a blue, four-door sedan.

Three suspects, around 15 or 16 years old, got out of the car, one armed with a gun, according to the vendor.
